GrantSmart.ai is a cloud-based project management platform designed for Horizon Europe and other EU-funded research and innovation projects. Features include project dossiers, work-package and task management, personnel and timesheet tracking, ledger entries, financial reporting, AI-assisted document extraction and analytics.

The platform is operated by Amplianitis Consulting. We may update, change or remove features as the product evolves.

To use most platform features you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Organisation owners and administrators can invite contributors and set permissions. You may not share accounts or impersonate another user.

Joining the waiting list or early access programme does not guarantee access. We grant early access at our discretion and may change the programme terms, pricing or availability at any time.

Early access accounts may be subject to usage limits, credit-based AI metering and special pricing that differs from general availability plans.

Paid plans and one-time credit packs are billed through our payment provider. Prices are shown exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription from your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused credits except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the project data, documents and contributor information you upload. We process this data on your behalf to provide the platform and generate reports, exports and analytics.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process any personal data, and for complying with your own data-protection obligations towards your project contributors and partners.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the website and platform.

Some features use artificial intelligence to extract information from documents, draft summaries and suggest values. AI outputs are generated automatically and should be reviewed by a human before being used for financial, legal or compliance decisions.

We do not use your project content to train our own models. AI usage may be metered against your plan or purchased credit balance.

You agree not to use GrantSmart.ai to:

• Upload, store or process unlawful, infringing, confidential or sensitive data without proper authority.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.
• Interfere with the security, availability or performance of the platform.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or misuse APIs.
• Send spam, phishing or unsolicited communications through the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

We treat the data you upload as confidential and access it only as needed to operate, support and improve the platform. Our staff and subprocessors are bound by confidentiality obligations.

GrantSmart.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Amplianitis Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service in a 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the service during that period, or €100 if you did not pay.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay when due, or if continued provision would violate applicable law.

On termination, your access to the platform ceases. We will delete or anonymise your data in accordance with our data-retention practices, except where we are required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the product and legal landscape evolve. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
